Shipping Policy

Kaemark will do everything in its power to ensure the timely delivery of your goods. In many cases, Kaemark is dependent upon vendors and freight carriers to produce and deliver our products in good condition and in a timely manner. In the unfortunate event that your shipment is delayed, Kaemark cannot be held liable for any monetary damages due to production delays, freight delays, or freight damages. All sales are FOB Giddings, TX.


CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING of private truck shipments once they have been confirmed may incur cancellation fees. Kaemark typically secures the route 2 weeks in advance to procure the most affordable route to keep prices competitive. Any cancellation fees charged by the shipping company will be passed on to the customer.


All items leave our warehouse in brand new and working condition. It is possible for items to be damaged during shipping, no matter the precautions taken, so we require you do a detailed inspection of boxes and goods upon delivery. Please use the packing slip as a reference. All damages or the appearance of damage on the packaging must be noted on the delivery driver's paperwork prior to signing for the order. In the event that damage occurs during shipping or delivery, replacement goods cannot be ordered without notation of damages on the shipping documents. Pictures of the damages, including the packaging and product should be taken to assist in successfully processing a claim. Please notify your account manager immediately if any damages are observed. In addition, NMFC regulations only allow 4 days to report concealed damage to the carrier.

Return Policy

Non-Stock goods are defined as goods not stored in the Kaemark distribution center.  Non-Stock goods are not returnable and nonrefundable. Changes to equipment orders “in-process” may incur additional charges.
