Yes—for many in-stock items, same-day pickup is available. Our warehouse team carefully picks and prepares each order, which typically takes about 2 hours. While we're getting everything ready, we'd be happy to recommend some of our favorite local restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions to help you make the most of your visit.

Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your designer, architect, contractor, or anyone involved in your project. If you have floor plans, elevations, or project specifications, bring those along too. Our team can review your plans and recommend products and layouts that best fit your space.

If you're planning a new space or remodel, bringing your floor plans, measurements, inspiration photos, finish selections, or equipment wish list will help us provide the most accurate recommendations during your visit.

Most showroom visits last 1.5–3 hours, depending on the size and complexity of your project. If you're also touring our manufacturing facility or planning to pick up products, you may want to allow additional time.
