Notice Regarding Tariff Surcharge Implementation
As you may be aware from recent developments, tariffs are now in effect and subject to frequent changes. These evolving trade policies and tariff regulations are creating challenges across the entire global supply chain which are affecting the cost of raw materials and components essential to our manufacturing process.
To continue to provide the high quality products and services you expect we unfortunately have to implement a temporary tariff surcharge to offset a portion of these increased costs. To address this ongoing uncertainty, we will be implementing an Estimated Tariff Surcharge on all quotes generated from April 14, 2025, onward. This tariff surcharge will be an additional line item. We are not raising our prices. Rather we are creating the additional tariff surcharge line item with the hopes that as market changes take place and tariffs are reduced/eliminated, we will be able to return to our regular cost structure and eliminate the surcharge.
Please note that given the volatility of the tariff percentages, the tariff surcharge is valid for ONLY 24 hours. If the terms and conditions are not accepted, and the deposit or full payment for the product is not made within 24 hours of Kaemark sending the quote via email, we will reassess the applicable Tariff Surcharge and adjust it accordingly to reflect any changes. The quote itself minus the tariff surcharge is valid for 30 days.
